  • 5 years Residential HVAC Experience
  • Good Driving Record
  • EPA Certification

Warranty Manager:

Requirements:

  • Advanced customer service skills, especially over the phone.
  • Geographic knowledge of Greater Orlando area or map reading skills.
  • Must have flexible hours during summer
  • Able to multi-task.

  • Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Computer skills
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel.
  • 2-year degree preferred, but not required.

Daily Duties:

Maintain the warranty Technicians’ daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain customer database with current information. Provide clear communication with team members, customers, vendors, and others, including keeping customers appraised as to schedule and lead-times.

SERVICE:

  • Receive incoming customer calls and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate all warranty calls.
  • Create work orders for warranty calls.
  • Dispatch Technicians, one call at a time.
  • Debrief Technicians after completion of each call.
  • Maintain the dispatch board / schedule.
  • Forecast workload for 2 – 3 days out
  • Contact customers with a “Parts Pending” status as parts are received for scheduling.
  • Follow up on all new, pending and recommended work with customers.
  • Maintain on-call schedule, to include 1st call on standby technician.
  • Help with marketing, HR, and accounting tasks as needed.
  • Happy calls / positive customer surveys
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Order parts as needed.
  • Receive parts and verify shipments.
