Alex came on time and temporarily fixed my A/C until I could buy a new one….he was great..very professional and knowledgeable. Our AC started leaking in the middle of summer and the cost of repairs was so high we decided on a new ac installation instead. After some research, I found Ameritech online and they had great reviews. I called and Chris Makin came out the same day within a few hours and he was so thorough and professional and really gave us the best options for our situation. The installation team was efficient and very professional. I would recommend 100%!

Alex (the technician) was courteous and competent. Response time was excellent and the $79.95 diagnostic charge was also reasonable. The additional $100 labor charge for less than a minute of work to replace the capacitor (which was under warranty) in a system I purchased from them is unacceptable. The invoice also does not match the service performed. No diagnostic is listed but instead cleaning and tune-up are listed (no cleaning took place). Will consider using another service next time.

I knew I had to replace my entire AC/Heating and I wasn’t looking forward to it because of the potential headaches of finding a good company that could be trusted. Quality, dependability, and an easy and fast installation were all important to me. I had a very easy conversation with Chris Makin the salesman. They delivered on everything that he promised, including great installers. They were all excellent, great quality, and actually finished the installation a couple of hours sooner than I expected. I was referred to them by my neighbor and I am glad I went with AmeriTech!

Must call this company for all your sales, service, and installation needs. From start to finish the customer service and installation were professional, friendly, and quick. I spoke with 3 other vendors and they were the best from the jump. My salesperson was Chris, who was very friendly and knew the products to be sold. He was honest and didn’t hassle me with trying to sell me the best unit. He sold me an excellent unit to fit my family’s needs. Once we signed the contract they were able to install it the next day but I wasn’t available. They were able to install my unit on the 4th. Couldn’t believe it but they finished and I was able to cool the home down before my guests arrived. Was able to leave my home to grab some things and trusted the installers with my things. They completed the work in a timely manner and did a fantastic job. No mess was left behind. I can’t wait to see the savings with my electric bill. I went from an 11 Seer to a 16 Seer unit. Alex Lee was a phenomenal technician. Our appointment was for 8 am and he called at 7:30 am to say he was arriving at 8. He was on time and did an excellent job with the maintenance. He changed the a/c filter and cleared out the drain! Would highly recommend Ameritech and specifically Alex!
