Who We Are

Our website address is ameritechfl.com.

Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Services

Our website uses cookies and third-party scripts to measure traffic, attribute marketing campaigns, improve user experience, and serve relevant ads. These services may set first-party and third-party cookies and may collect your IP address, device and browser information, and behavioral data such as pages viewed and interactions.

Analytics and Advertising

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)— visitor analytics, traffic sources, and page-performance reporting. Subject to Google’s privacy policy.
  • Google Ads & Google Tag Manager — campaign attribution and conversion tracking for ads we run on Google. Subject to Google’s privacy policy.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel— ad performance, conversion measurement, and remarketing audiences for ads on Facebook and Instagram. Subject to Meta’s privacy policy.
  • Microsoft Clarity— anonymized session recordings, heatmaps, and click tracking we use to identify usability issues. Subject to Microsoft’s privacy statement.
  • Bing UET (Universal Event Tracking) — Microsoft Ads conversion tracking. Subject to Microsoft’s privacy statement.

You can opt out of these analytics and ad-tech services through your browser’s cookie controls, by using a tracking-blocker or ad-blocker extension, or via platform-level controls such as Google Ads Settings.

Forms and On-Page Features

  • Newsletter signup (Mailchimp) — when you subscribe, we collect your email address and store it at Mailchimp using a double opt-in flow. See Mailchimp’s privacy policy.
  • Estimate and schedule forms — information you submit is delivered to the AmeriTech team via Resend (transactional email). It is used solely to respond to your request and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
  • Chat assistant— your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. Per OpenAI’s API policy as of 2025, conversations sent through the API are not used to train OpenAI’s models, but you should still avoid sharing sensitive personal information in chat. See OpenAI’s privacy policy.
  • Google reCAPTCHA v3— loads on signup forms to fight spam and bots. Use is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms of service.
  • Address autocomplete — when you type an address, your query is sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim so we can suggest matching service-area addresses.

Server-Side Attribution Log

When a lead converts through one of our forms, we record attribution data — UTM parameters, referrer, landing page, and approximate IP region — on our own server so we can attribute marketing spend accurately. This log is retained internally and is not sold or shared with third parties.

Your Rights

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by contacting us at (407) 532-8000.
  • You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every Mailchimp newsletter. Transactional and service-related emails (appointment confirmations, estimates, support replies) are exempt from this opt out.
  • Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah, as well as other states with comprehensive privacy statutes, may have additional rights under state law. Contact us using the information above and we will work with you to honor applicable requests.
