“We have used Ameritech for over a decade. The gentleman was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He took care of the issue and offered the yearly maintenance service which we will consider. We trust their services and professional opinion. Considering it’s the weekend I was okay with the cost, but the problem was simple and the part could not have been more than $20 bucks. Between diagnostic and service, it’s a bit over priced.”

Especially the attention and concern of their senior technician, Nick Bailey, to properly identify the problem with the unit. Our AC unit is still under warranty and AmeriTech is promptly proceeding to make all necessary repairs and replacement. I have trusted my home cooling and heating needs to this business for over 20 years and I can recommend them without reservations.”
